Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment authorization.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive available tracking information through your registered email address, phone number, or WhatsApp, as applicable.

Our estimated delivery timeline is:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms stated in the relevant promotion.

You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status directly with the applicable courier service.

Currently, Motiela ships only within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be subject to separate terms, shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and applicable regulations.
